President
Corby Stover joined Morgan as Vice President of Engineering on June 30, 2014 with nearly 30 years of experience in the Defense and Automotive industries. He is responsible for Product Engineering, including Applications Engineering, Product Improvement Engineering and New Product Development Engineering. Prior to joining Morgan, Corby was VP of Engineering at ARC Automotive; a leading producer of airbag inflators. He has beneficial customer relations skills, a strong engineering background and is a proven executive team leader.
Mr. Stover holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the University of Tennessee. He is a certified Design for Six Sigma Black Belt.
Chief Operating Officer
Brian is an accomplished manufacturing executive with domestic and international experience in operations, P&L oversight, and multichannel product sales. He is a results-oriented, decisive leader with proven success in driving customer-focused commercial and operational excellence. Brian has organizational leadership experience in public multinational corporations as well as mid-market private equity companies spanning both military and commercial markets. He has a track record of increasing sales and growing bottom-line results while spearheading operational improvements to drive productivity and reduce costs.
Brian comes to us from REV Group, a specialty vehicle manufacturer where he was the President of REV's Commercial Segment. Before REV, Brian held several progressive leadership roles at L3-Harris Technologies, Gleason Corp, Textron, and Danaher. Brian holds a BA from Northeastern University and an MBA from Babson College. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and is Master Black Belt certified in several Lean manufacturing disciplines from Danaher Corporation.
Chief Commercial Officer
Tom brings over 20 years of global executive experience in leadership roles in Sales, Marketing, Channel Management, and Business Unit Leadership with The Timken Company, Michelin Truck Tire, Carrier Corporation and most recently with Flowserve Corporation, where he led Global Channel Sales.
Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas, ICAI-ICADE in Madrid, Spain, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Swansea in the UK and a Master of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
